LiveStream AutoMixer ("LAM") is made by SungTech LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect and why — both on this website and in the LAM application. If you have any questions, email us at sungaiza@sungtech.io.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Waitlist: your email address, so we can let you know when LAM is available.
• When you subscribe (once LAM launches): your name, email, and payment details. Payments will be handled by Stripe, the payment provider we plan to use — so we won't see or store your full card number. LAM isn't selling subscriptions yet, so we aren't collecting any payment information today.
• When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

What the LAM app handles

• Your audio stays on your device. LAM processes your microphones, instruments, and other inputs locally on your Mac to produce your mix. We do not receive, upload, store, or have any access to your audio.
• No analytics or telemetry. The app contains no usage tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting tools.
• Licensing. When LAM launches commercially, the app will confirm your license using the provider we plan to use for licensing (Keygen). That will involve your license key and a basic device identifier, used only to verify that your subscription is active.

Information collected automatically

• Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs — such as your IP address and browser type — to keep the site secure and running.
• This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address in order to deliver those fonts.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to you and notify waitlist members; to provide, maintain, and improve LAM; to process subscriptions and verify licenses; to keep the service secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small set of trusted providers that process data on our behalf, sharing only what each needs to do its job.

In use today:

• Supabase — stores waitlist signups.
• FormSubmit — relays waitlist signups to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and manages our domain.
• Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on this site.

Planned for when subscriptions launch:

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Keygen — to verify software licenses.

Each provider operates under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove you, or until they're no longer needed. Account and billing records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as tax and legal rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time — just email sungaiza@sungtech.io. Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to or restricting certain processing. We'll honor those requests. To leave the waitlist, email us and we'll take you off the list.

Children

LAM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — but because LAM keeps your audio on your own device, the most sensitive thing it touches never leaves your control.

Where your information is processed

We're based in the United States, and the providers listed above may process your information in the US and other countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LAM grows. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top.
