Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

The short version

LiveStream AutoMixer is a subscription Mac app made by SungTech LLC. Try it free for 14 days, no card required. After that it's a monthly or annual subscription that renews until you cancel — and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your audio stays on your device. Please don't resell, share license keys, or reverse-engineer it. We provide the app as-is and do our genuine best to make it great.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SungTech LLC ("we," "us," "our") covering your use of the LiveStream AutoMixer software and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The Service

LiveStream AutoMixer ("LAM") is a desktop application for Apple Silicon Macs that automatically mixes your audio in real time. LAM is in active development (currently a private beta), so features may change and occasional issues are possible. We'll always aim to keep it stable and improving.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. If you're using LAM on behalf of an organization (like a church), you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Your license

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LAM for as long as your subscription is active. Your license is issued and verified through our licensing provider, Keygen, which activates the app on your device. Please don't share, resell, or sublicense your license key. LAM is licensed to you, not sold.

Acceptable use

Please don't: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract LAM's source or models; resell, rent, or redistribute the app; share or circumvent license keys or activation; or use LAM to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Your audio is yours

You keep all rights to the audio you run through LAM. The app processes your audio entirely on your own device — we never receive, store, or access it, and we claim no rights to it.

Our intellectual property

LAM, its underlying technology, and its design are owned by SungTech LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. LiveStream AutoMixer is a trademark of SungTech LLC, and the technology is patent pending. These Terms don't transfer any of those rights to you beyond the license described above.

Beta & "as is"

LAM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your setup — especially during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SungTech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using LAM and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by sharing license keys or misusing the app). Sections meant to survive — like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue after termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as LAM grows. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where practical. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
